Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old. You sign in with GitHub or Google; we do not store a password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in provider account secure.
2. The service
FindAgent CMO is an AI marketing assistant. It analyses the website you connect, proposes marketing and SEO work, and, where you connect them, uses data from Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads to inform its suggestions.
3. Accounts you connect
You may connect only websites and accounts you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting a Google account you authorise FindAgent CMO to access it as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.
4. Suggestions, approval and your responsibility
FindAgent CMO drafts and suggests; it applies changes only after you approve them. You are responsible for reviewing each suggestion before you approve it and for the changes made to your websites, channels and advertising accounts after you do, including any advertising spend. AI output can be wrong, so check it before relying on it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive; to access accounts or data you are not authorised to access; to interfere with or overload the service; or to break the terms of the services you connect, including Google's.
6. Third-party services
FindAgent CMO relies on third-party services such as Google and Anthropic. We are not responsible for those services or for changes they make.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law permits. We do not guarantee that suggestions are accurate, suitable for your purposes or will produce any particular result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindAgent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, advertising spend or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts users or the service at risk. You can ask us to delete your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the updated version here and change the “last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you other rights. Questions: team@katatechnology.co.
